TERMS OF SERVICE
§1 General Provisions
1. These regulations define the rules of using the online store with handmade jewelry, operated at
the address "rzucidlo.store".
2. The online store is operated by Nikodem Rzucidło, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
3. Contact with the Seller is possible via:

4. The regulations are available free of charge on the store's website, allowing you to familiarize
yourself with their content before concluding a contract.
§2 Definitions
1. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
2. Store - an online store available at the address "rzucidlo.store".
3. Regulations - this document, specifying the rights and obligations of the Customer and the
Seller.
4. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store for a purpose not directly related
to their business or professional activity.
§3 Information about Products and Prices
1. All products offered in the Store are handmade, which may cause minimal differences in
appearance in relation to the photos presented on the website.
2. The prices given on the website are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty
(PLN).
3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, conduct promotions and introduce their
modifications. These changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.
§4 Rules for placing orders
1. The Customer can place orders 24 hours a day via the Store's website.
2. In order to place an order, the Customer should:
○ add the selected product to the basket,
○ fill out the order form, providing the data necessary to complete the order,
○ accept the Regulations,
○ make payment in accordance with the selected payment method. 3. Confirmation of placing the
order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
§5 Payments and order fulfillment
1. The Store provides the following payment methods:
○ electronic payments,
○ bank transfer to the Seller's account.
2. Order fulfillment begins after the full amount of the payment has been credited to the Seller's
account.
3. The order fulfillment time is from 3 to 5 business days, unless the product description states
otherwise.
§6 Delivery
1. Delivery takes place in Poland via courier companies or Poczta Polska.
2. Delivery costs are added to the value of the order and are provided when placing the order.
3. If the Customer fails to collect the shipment and returns it to the Seller, re-shipment will be at
the Customer's expense.
§7 Right to withdraw from the contract
1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a
reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. 2. In order to exercise the right to
withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should submit an unequivocal declaration of
withdrawal from the contract and send it to the Seller's e-mail address or correspondence
address.
3. The refund will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned
product.
4. The return of goods is at the Customer's expense, and the product must be returned intact.
§8 Complaints and warranty
1. The Seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of the sold goods in accordance with
the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Complaints can be submitted via e-mail or in writing to the Seller's correspondence address.
3. In the complaint, the Customer should include a description of the defect, the date of its
detection and a request regarding the method of handling the complaint.
4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer
about further proceedings.
§9 Protection of personal data and privacy
1. The Seller is the administrator of the personal data of the Customers, which are processed for
the purpose of fulfilling orders in accordance with applicable law.
2. Personal data are processed on the principles specified in the Privacy Policy available on the
Store's website.
3. The Customer has the right to access the content of their data, correct it and demand that it be
discontinued.
§10 Final provisions
1. The Regulations enter into force on 01.11.2024 and are valid until further notice.
2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including
the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. These changes shall enter into force on
the date of their publication on the Store's website, provided that the version in force on the date
of placing the order shall apply to orders placed before the change.
